I would like to take the time to say a heartfelt "Thank You" to Donna from NJ Pet Sitters. Her dedication and love of animals is incredible. She takes such wonderful care of my little buddy Jake. He has actually turned into a "lap cat", which speaks volumes. As much as I don't want to leave him when I travel, I know he is being cared for more than I could ever hope for. Donna takes the time to play with him which I have tried to do for years-I come home and he is playing with his toys!! They watch Animal Planet on the couch, and she takes the time to give me online updates and leave daily notes for me to read when I get home about what they're up to. When you're halfway around the world, you couldn't ask for more. Donna has told me several times Jake misses me and stares at the door when she gets here. He also stares at the door for several days after I get home because he misses HER! Donna even made it here the night and days following of that terrible storm that blew down all the trees to ensure Jake was ok and safe.

I wanted to take this opportunity to thank Frank and Beth for the exceptional care that they gave to my dog, Roosevelt. Roosevelt is a 13 1/2 year old German Shorthaired Pointer who suffers from many health issues and I would consider very high maintenance. I was initially apprehensive about going away for 2 weeks, but after meeting Frank and Beth, I had a great feeling, and new that he would be left in great hands. They both cared for Roosevelt as if he was their own, and left me daily notes on his status. I know they had many sleepless nights, but continued to care for Roosevelt in a manner well above my expectations. I would also like to thank Miranda for calling me at midnight on the night of my arrival to confirm that I was home and that Roosevelt was being cared for. We celebrated Thanksgiving in the sun this year, and we really needed to find a good, reliable pet sitter that can also provide overnight services for our two little girls (Cocker Spaniel puppies).

Holly & Ivy were delighted with their new playmate, the girls and their needs were taken care of and when we came home and went to bed we heard the girls pawing and crying in the hallway. When I went to investigate, I realized they were looking for Beth in the guest room. They were missing their playmate!

Using NJ Pet Sitters was truly the best decision we made, enabling us to relax and enjoy ourselves knowing our precious kitten and our home were being well looked after. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional, showing great respect for our concerns, our property and of course our kitten.
Katie was Zeva’s pet sitter and she was amazing. Katie took the time each day to email us on Zeva's daily antics also attaching a new photo. It was a highlight of everyday to receive Katie’s email along with a candid shot of Zeva. We were truly blown away by Katie’s communication and care. We LOVE her and very importantly Zeva does too!!!! We're very impressed with the all inclusive service Miranda and her team provides at NJ Pet Sitters. I've been meaning to e-mail you! I just wanted to let you know that Courtney was fantastic! For the 1st time, I came home from a trip to a neat house and happy kitties! There were always "surprises" for me when I come home from a trip, ie, hairballs on my bed, rug or other problems with the house in general. I loved the Daily Diary and Courtney's comments on how the cats behaved. Courtney called me on the day after we came home to make sure that everything is okay. I am so pleased with the Pet Sitting Service and will highly recommend it! It is so great knowing that the cats are taking care of and attention is paid to them while being away. When I had neighbors feed them and change their litter...that's all they did (thats all I expected and was thankful for their help.) However, with Courtney spending 1/2 hour with them giving them TLC was great!

If anybody was skeptical about someone coming into my house and watching my German Shepherds it was me. Would they allow some one to watch over them and my house was something I could not fathom. But as soon as they met Vikki my concerns were alleviated. Not only did they allow her to come into my house and take care of them but they treated her like family. I cant tell you what a great job this service did while I was away for a week. If you can trust anyone with watching your dogs while you are away NJ Pet Sitters is the one. I wish I knew about them along time ago would have made my life a whole lot easier.

Our dogs can be a handful (especially on walks - kudos to Angela for even attempting it!!), but Angela did such a great job! I blindly came across the NJ Petsitters website while looking for a petsitting company to watch my husband and I's three cats, Sophie, Bruce, and Kya while we were away, when we first moved to Teaneck. I want everyone to know how AWESOME Gale is! The professionalism and genuine love of her job is unsurpassed. My cat, Max, is 20 years old, diabetic and, well, just a sweet curmudgeonly old cat. Gale came twice a day with out fail (the weather was awful). The attention, care and love Gale showered on Max did not go unnoticed by him. He snuggled up to her and purred and slept and allowed his chin and ears to be cleaned. Even with all this attention 12 days is a long time to be with out your family. Gale was so attuned and aware of Max's feelings that when he became a little despondent and depressed she called Miranda and me and together we came up with a plan to get Max through the last 4 days. I was extremely touched by the thoughtfulness and attention to details Gale had put into Max's care. I was doubly reassured that this was the right company, NJ Petsitters, and person ,Gale, to be looking after the one "person" who had been the most constant in my life for the last 18 1/2 years.

I never got a chance to thank you and Frank for helping us with our Golden Retrievers on August 28th. In 13 1/2 years I have never had to rely on a petsitter. We would usually cancel any event where we couldn't find someone to watch him. But the Yankee Game and boat cruise we went on was an incentive that my boyfriend won through work. Besides the fact that Yankeee Stadium is being re-built so that would be our last time there. We really wanted to go and it ended up being a beautiful day weather wise and we had a great time. It was a comfort to know that Angelo (and Archie our 10 yr old Golden) was being cared for 3x that day by Frank. He wrote us a sweet note and let us know how

I have wanted to post a testimonial to Miranda for a while now, but it hurts to see Sabrina's picture there. Long story short, Miranda was a Godsend. I was one of her first clients, if not her first. I hired her shortly after Cody suffered a herniated disk and needed someone to replace the dog walker that I had previously. I knew from the moment that I meant Miranda that I would feel safe having her walk Cody and Sabrina. She exuded a love for animals that could only be matched by my own. Cody was hurting from his herniated disk while Sabrina became blind and deaf. The day that Sabrina died she came to my house and consoled Cody and I. She still walks Cody everyday and leaves me wonderful notes that I will cherish when Cody passes on. Cody is 16. I would recommend Miranda and her employees to anyone who loves their pets.
